All products are made to order through our on-demand production process.Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times and Costs

We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping times and costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.

  • USA (Lower 48): 5–10 business days.

  • USA (AK, HI, PR): 10–15 business days.

  • Canada: 10–18 business days.

  • UK & Australia: 12–22 business days.

  • European Union (EU): 14–25 business days.

  • Rest of World: 20–30 business days.

​Note: These estimates include our 2–4 day production time. Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing in your country.

3. Multi-Item Shipments

To ensure you receive your full order as efficiently as possible, multi-item international orders are typically consolidated and shipped in a single package from our primary US facility.Unless a different type of product is only available with a specific provider.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update.

5. Returns and Issues
At Archer And Trove, each item is made to order, and because of this, we are unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 5 days of receiving it — we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce. For international orders, tracking may transition to your local national postal service once the package clears customs.

7. International Taxes, Duties, and Customs

For Customers Outside the USA:
Archer And Trove ships worldwide from our specialized production facilities. International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and customs duties as determined by the destination country.

  • EU/UK Customers: Please be aware that a standard €3 (or local equivalent) customs duty and local VAT may be applied by your postal carrier upon delivery.

  • Responsibility: All import fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.

8. Delivery Issues and Delays

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.Lost or Stolen Packages: Archer And Trove is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

9.Order Tracking and Support

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.For assistance with tracking or any shipping inquiries, please contact us.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We now ship globally! We currently ship to North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and select international regions.

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Archer And Trove reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
