1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order through our on-demand production process.Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times and Costs

We don't do international shipping just yet.We will aim for it in the near future.

Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.Domestic Standard Shipping (within United States)is 5-7 business days.Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update.

4. Returns and Issues
At Archer And Trove, each item is made to order, and because of this, we are unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 5 days of receiving it — we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery, including but not limited to:USPS and DHL.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.Lost or Stolen Packages: Archer And Trove is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.For assistance with tracking or any shipping inquiries, please contact us.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
